Initial six month contract

Must have experience as an engineer across multi-tenanted complex enterprise environments

Technical Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design of complex solutions
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, solutions and tooling like GitLab, Jenkins, etc
• Strong knowledge in AWS/GCP Cloud principles, solutions and, especially in areas like IAM, EKS/GKE, monitoring and FINOPS
• Strong knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform, especially in building complex infrastructure resources using Terraform, understanding of Terraform build tools in areas like state management, dynamic parameterization, etc
• Strong knowledge in programming/language tools like Python, YAML, JSON, etc and especially how to integrate using REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk or equivalent. Should have a good understanding of how to build, analyse and summarize raw events
• Good knowledge of API management tools like KONG, MuleSoft

  
Project Responsibilities:

• Possess project stakeholder skills required by establishing critical relationships with Service teams.
• Project management skills to deliver essential outcomes on time and within budget
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to allow successful outcomes.
• Analytical thinking to be able to understand and interpret complex requirements

You are someone who can get down in the weeds, talking to PMs and testers and teasing out their requirements across multiple programs of work concurrently. i.e. an environment manager who can champion our Enterprise Release strategy;
You are Someone who can say ‘no’.
You are someone who can automate deployments and builds, build automation to reduce cloud costs, build dashboards and alerting, and come in and identify then automate a process, i.e. an engineer.
You have a wealth of experience working in a highly regulated, multi-tenanted, highly integrated SIT environment.
You are Someone with an automation-first mindset, someone who thinks about ‘the risk of …’,
