We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our SAP Upgrade Program, ensuring seamless delivery across Finance, HR, Retail, and Supply Chain operations.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP Upgrade program.
- Drive planning, execution, budgets, risk management and reporting.
- Manage contractors, partners, licences, and program costs effectively.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure business alignment.
- Oversee documentation and governance under EPMO standards.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover to operations.
What you’ll bring
- Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs.
- Expertise across SAP Finance, EWM, BTP Integrations, and SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP upgrade paths and SAP RISE migrations (highly valued).
- Strong background in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage large budgets and resources with confidence.
