How to Add Your New Email Signature

Follow the instructions below to add your new email signature in your email client. Once you’ve clicked the Copy Signature button, simply follow the steps for your email client:


Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and go to Settings:

    • Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
    • Select See all settings from the dropdown.
  2. In the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.

  3. Click Create new and give your signature a name.

  4. Place your cursor in the editing box, and Paste the signature you copied (use Ctrl+V or Cmd+V on a Mac).

  5. Set your new signature as the default for new emails and replies if you’d like.

  6. Scroll down and click Save Changes.


Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Options > Mail.

  2. Click on Signatures… to open the Signatures and Stationery window.

  3. Under Select signature to edit, choose New and give your signature a name.

  4. In the Edit signature box, Paste your copied signature (use Ctrl+V or Cmd+V on a Mac).

  5. Set the signature as the default for new emails and replies if desired.

  6. Click OK to save.


Outlook (Web)

  1. Open Outlook.com or your web-based Outlook and click on the gear icon in the top-right.

  2. Choose View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the Settings pane.

  3. Go to Mail > Compose and reply.

  4. In the Email signature section, Paste your copied signature in the box provided.

  5. Check the boxes to include your signature in new messages and/or replies.

  6. Click Save to apply.


Apple Mail

  1. Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.

  2. Select the Signatures tab, then choose the account where you want to use the signature.

  3. Click the + button to add a new signature, and give it a name.

  4. In the right-hand editor, Paste your copied signature (use Cmd+V).

  5. Close the Preferences window to save the signature.


Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose More Settings and go to the Writing email section.

  3. In the Signature section, toggle the switch to enable signatures.

  4. Paste your copied signature in the text box.

  5. Click Save to apply.
