Hi! I’m Danielle. I’m passionate about helping businesses build amazing teams and people find jobs that drive their careers forward. I have over 14 years of hands-on experience in HR Advisory and Talent Acquisition across Mining, Technology, and Financial Services. Across my career, I’ve spent time in internal HR teams which taught me not just the consequences of poor hiring decisions but how transformative it can be when it’s done right.

I joined Mode Talent to lead our national Financial Services division specialising in Banking, Credit, Lending, Sales, and Insurance. My network of financial services professionals has been cultivated since my tenure as a Senior HR Partner at Liberty Financial Group, where I successfully placed fantastic people across their brands. Additionally, my role as a People & Culture Manager for a Managed Service Provider honed my skills in supporting and building IT Infrastructure and Software Development teams.

My goal is to align diverse people with roles where they can thrive, contributing meaningfully to team dynamics and business success. For me, this industry is driven by empathy and authenticity—not just filling vacancies. I offer career coaching rooted in honesty and transparency, genuinely caring about the people I engage with. This passion for the people business fuels me every day, as I help individuals, teams, and organisations flourish.

When I’m not meeting and speaking with people around Australia, you’ll find me at the beach with my husband trying to keep up with our two little boys.
