  • Experience recruiting brokers
  • Execute the value proposition to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Maintain and leverage industry knowledge to identify market opportunities and capitalize on competitor gaps.
  • Identify and onboard acceptable new and established brokers (Advisers).
  • Motivate Advisors to generate loan applications and achieve budget expectations.
  • Implement a structured Advisor visitation program to build and maintain relationships.
  • Identify methods for Advisors to improve results and profitability.
  • Develop business plans with Advisors to increase self-generated leads.
  • Maintain product knowledge and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide timely sales and service reporting.
  • Provide targeted feedback and training initiatives to improve application quality.
  • Promote the client’s offerings and company values.
  • Manage communications and negotiations with Advisors professionally.
  • Resolve issues effectively through skilled conflict resolution.
  • Accept constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Provide information and feedback to Advisors on loan quality and product changes.
  • Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities between Advisors and community contacts.
  • Maintain company resources and tools following policy.
  • Demonstrate commitment to risk management and quality standards.

    About You:

  • You are a proven sales/relationship manager who is not afraid of picking up the phone and getting meetings booked in the diary
  • You have experience working with third-party distribution channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial products and regulations.
  • Strong motivation, self-discipline, and ability to thrive independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license
