Join a high performance trading technology team at the heart of real time financial markets. We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to help us drive uptime, automation, and stability across mission critical trading systems.
This is not your typical ops role. You’ll be hands on with production infrastructure, real time data, and low latency systems that interact directly with exchanges across APAC and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and operate high availability production environments for trading systems and market connectivity
- Build and refine internal tools to support deployment, configuration, monitoring, and incident response
- Collaborate closely with traders, developers, and support teams to investigate and resolve system level issues
- Participate in on call rotation and lead incident resolution efforts during live trading hours
- Continuously assess operational risks and improve system resilience
- Provide mentorship and share knowledge with technical operations and engineering colleagues
What You Bring
- Strong experience working in high uptime Linux environments (Red Hat, Debian, etc.)
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Systems or Infrastructure Engineering roles ideally in real time or trading environments
- Proficiency in Python and shell scripting (Bash, etc.); infrastructure as code tools a plus
- Solid grasp of networking (routing, multicast, VLAN tagging, LLDP, etc.)
- Bonus: Familiarity with C++ or debugging compiled services (not essential)
- Operational maturity: you’re comfortable owning systems in production, managing incidents, and continuously improving
